How to request Self Service Documents

You can obtain the following documents on self service via the student portal:

  • Statement of Account
  • Unofficial Academic Transcript
  • Enrolment Transaction request

Please follow the following steps to receive your document to your student email:

  1. Log in to the Student Portal.
  2. Go to ‘My Study’ tile
  3. Click ‘Manage my course’
  4. Select ‘Self Service Documents’.
  5. Click ‘Request’ button on the right, for the report you require.
  6. The requested document will be emailed to your College eweb address.
